TIPS Program
The TIPS Program (The Interlocal Purchasing System) is a cooperative purchasing organization that helps public-sector organizations—including schools, universities, municipalities, and government agencies—purchase products and services through competitively awarded contracts. TIPS simplifies the purchasing process by providing members with access to approved vendors and negotiated pricing, while helping manufacturers and suppliers reach a large network of public-sector buyers.
